Personal Milestone: Image on Fotolia Front Page

Imagine our delight when we open our Microstock websites and find one of our own images on the front page! This is the first time we’ve had this experience. We’re not surprised given we’re competing against professional photographers!

As usual, it’s got me thinking. What impact does it have when one of your images gets a lot of exposure? Do people click on it and buy it? Do people click through to see your portfolio and purchase your images? What are the other factors at play?
