		<description>While Corbis is large, their presence in microstock segment remains less than modest. Snapvillage has never been a success, and so far Veer marketplace doesn&#039;t take off either. 

Although Corbis used to be ahead of Getty in number of licensed images, Getty&#039;s revenue is several times higher. Unlike Corbis, Getty does adopt actively to microstock. Whether they do it actively enough time will show. I wonder where both these giants will be in several years.
